Todd has 23 years experience with 12 years as Plant Manager. He led implementation of 3 green field start up facilities, including the new Caterpillar Athens facility.

He has experience in Automotive Tier 1 parts manufacturing and supply; and final assembly of building construction equipment.

Steve is an expert on lean manufacturing and work culture. His focus is on creating a collaborative culture that brings together people, process and technology to sustain a high level of innovation.

Steve is working collaboratively with team members to create a culture that customers and other manufacturing companies benchmark. The company calls this process ‘The PPI Way.’ The goals of The PPI Way are to create the safest work environment possible, improve the customer experience, improve quality, reduce lead time, reduce total costs, eliminate all waste and be the perfect partner to customers, employees and suppliers.

In his role as EVP Development, Steve is focused on growing PPI by acquiring new companies that embrace PPI core values, and by encouraging development of new products and services that add value to the corporate family of businesses.



ROBERT MOTLEY

Robert joined the U.S. Army upon graduation from high school in 1969. He served 25 years in the Army. During his term of service he completed and Associate Degree in Mid Management from Fayetteville Technical College, and a BS Degree from the University of New York. He was quite accomplished in the Army. He was a member of the 82nd Airborne Division, served in Laos, Cambodia Thailand , with the Elite Special Forces during the Viet Nam War, was a Jump Master, and had multiple assignments throughout the continental U.S. and internationally. Robert retired as a Command Sergeant Major in 1993.

Community Involvement:
Robert is involved in the community in multiple areas. He is a collaborative partner with Golden Harvest Food Bank and one of the catalyst behind the local Food Pantry, worked to address family violence, served on committees for the Board of Education, a Board Member of Community Addiction Recovery Program, on the County EMS Task Force and Solid Waste Task Force, and Ex-Officio Chairman of Greene County Family Connection. He served six years as a Deacon at Grace Fellowship Church, with the responsibility of Benevolence, and recently nominated and selected as an Elder of the congregation. Robert was a member of the Leadership Greene Class of 2013. In 2013 Robert was awarded the Humanitarian Award, and previously was awarded the Gresham Geter Award for Outstanding Community Leadership.

In June of 1998 he became the Executive Director of the Greensboro Housing Authority (GHA) and he set out to make a difference in his community, Greene County Georgia. In his initial assessment of the community he found that multiple areas need to be addressed. The facilities were all old and not maintained in a condition that gave the residence pride in their community. Additionally the Housing Authority was not managed with fiscal responsibility or administrative expertise. Robert utilized his training in advanced leadership, asset management, uniform physical condition standards, financial management, contracting and procurement. He gained certifications in Mid- Management Executive Level, Public Housing Management, Inspections, Government Contracting & Procurement (Villanova University) Masters Certificate, Mold & Moisture Identification & Remediation, Project Management (Georgia Institute of Technology), Capital Improvement, Maintenance Management, and Modernization. His contributions, over 15 years has brought the once ineffective Greensboro Housing Authority to one of the best managed properties in Georgia. Receiving awards locally and from the Georgia Association of Housing & Redevelopment Association. Currently GHA is rated as a High Performer in all areas of their rating by The Department of Housing & Urban Development Standards. .
