Payday is the last working day of the month every month.
Salaried employees are paid for the current month.
Hourly employees are paid from the 16th of the previous month through the 15th of the current month. For example, an hourly employee will be paid for all hours worked from March 16 - April 15 on April 30.
Adjuncts are offered a set amount per course. This amount is then divided by the number of months in the semester term.
- Fall Semester is paid in September, October, November, and December (4 months).
- Spring Semester is paid in January, February, March, and April (4 months).
- Summer Semester is paid in June and July (2 months).
- There is no adjunct pay for May and August.
All paychecks are direct deposited into your financial account. Please note that your first paycheck and the first paycheck following any changes made to your direct deposit account will result in a live check being sent to the campus. Payroll checks can be picked up from the Cashier window in the H Building.
