New Hire Paperwork
As part of the new hire process, you should have received a new hire packet with the forms that must be submitted upon your hire. Paperwork must be submitted to the Human Resources Office (K-514) prior to your first day of employment. Please be sure to bring two forms of acceptable IDs with you as well as a voided check for direct deposit. Please click on the picture for a list of acceptable IDs.
If you have not stopped by the Human Resources office (K-514) to pick up a new hire packet, please do so before continuing the orientation.
