All new hires will receive an Athens Technical College e-mail account. E-mail account requests are submitted by the hiring department and will be provided to you on your first day. All correspondence with ATC faculty, staff, and students should be conducted using your ATC e-mail account.
Please do not contact students with your personal e-mail account (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, etc.).
Student employees do not receive an ATC faculty/staff email, but should use their student e-mail account to correspond with faculty/staff on ATC matters.
ATC e-mail should only be used for business purposes. As such, please note that all employee emails are permanently archived and cannot be deleted from the state archive. Please see the Employee Handbook and TCSG policy manual for further information about acceptable email (and internet) use.
