Application for Admission

Application Priority Deadlines

Fall Semester - July 1

Spring Semester - November 1

Summer Semester - April 1

Applications submitted after the priority deadline will be subject to a $20 late processing fee in addition to the $25 application fee. Students registering during late registration and drop add will also incur a $45 late registration fee.

A COMPLETE APPLICATION CONSISTS OF

  • $25 non-refundable application fee
  • Application for Admission with ALL items answered
  • Official transcripts from high school, GED, college(s) or Military
  • Placement test scores (ASSET, SAT, ACT, or COMPASS)
  • Proof of legal presence in the United States (state issued ID, passport, etc.)
  • Copy of resident alien card (if applicable)

Health program admissions are competitive. Please see the catalog for more details.

Please note: The programs of study that are listed in ALL CAPS are competitive. Applicants cannot be admitted directly to these programs. Please consult the catalog for additional admissions requirement for each Competitive Health program. All additional materials must be on file by the priority deadline specified in the catalog.
