All students must apply for graduation via BannerWeb regardless of whether they wish to walk in the ceremony.
All returning ATC students who have completed one semester of study and have a minimum GPA of 2.0 are encouraged to apply.
Degrees are mailed to the address on file approximately six to eight weeks after the semester ends or final grades are assigned. All college financial obligations must be met to receive a credential or transcript.
Cap and Gown
Graduation regalia is required for all students participating in the graduation ceremony. Caps, gowns, tassels, graduation announcements, and class rings can be purchased on the Athens Campus in the bookstore or via the website .
- Students have until March 14, 2023 at 11:59 pm to place their online cap and gown order.
- Student online order orders will be shipped to the Athens Campus Bookstore and be ready for pickup on April 18.

When taking part in the Graduation Ceremony, all participants and their guests must abide by the Classic Center’s Health Safety and Security Protocols.
