Program Overview

Prepare to plan, organize, direct, and control the functions and processes of a firm or organization. Our curriculum includes instruction in management theory, human resources management and behavior, accounting and other quantitative methods, purchasing and logistics, organization and production, marketing, and business decision-making.

The program prepares students for careers in management, human resources, small business/entrepreneurship, and social media. Jobs in management (entry-level) include management assistant with beginning earnings of $26,000 yearly. Human resources job(s) for entry-level include human resources assistant with beginning earnings of $28,000 yearly. A Small Business owner yields the highest earning potential at $73,000 yearly; and a social media professional starting out as an assistant is estimated to earn $38,000 yearly. Students often continue their education by attending a four-year college or university.
